High Point to Parmenter to Pheasant Branch to Park and back same way-
Today I decided to ramp up my mileage another step to a full ten, my first double-digit day since the shin problems. I ran on the grass and crushed stone along the river as much as possible to avoid hard surfaces and was, I think, successful at extending myself out a tad longer.
The weather was again close to perfect for this time of year and the trail along the river was looking good.
