Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Huge storm rolling in. Rained all day and it was real damp out. The rivers were gushing as well. I really didnt want to run... I took some MTFU and got out the door. It was a good choice, because I felt great. All it takes is that one decision to do what you need to do, and its all better. The rain felt nice and refreshing, but it was still kinda warm out. Felt like I was rolling really good on the upper trail. It would have been nice to have someone to run with on this one.
Essentials: Stretch, L7
Really quick stretch. With this low mileage, I can get away with lite essentials. Its not what I am used to, but my legs are feeling pretty good.
O yea, I got my car today :). Happy Canada Day!
