2 Aleve, white ACE. Two sets with 5 min stop. Set one 5X15 walk and run, 2nd 5X10 walk and run. Foot burning started in the second set - or after 1 1/4 hrs of running. Minor L knee discomfort later in the day. # 167. Drank 4 Gatoraide to rehydrate.
