Just a quick shake off run in the morning before travelling the rest of the way to nantucket. I just got back from a weeklong wrestling camp where I wrestled 6 hours a day and didn't have any chances to run. It was a quick run but I felt a little tight and sore, hopefully that will shake off in a couple days. Felt good to be back to running though.
