Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Another hot day I was sweating just sitting around the house. It was 90F and 90% out today. Ran around 4 today, and it wasnt cool out yet. Went in reverse, heading downtown first. Ran Albany Cascadilla and Cayuga. Hit alot of those stop lights. Ran out to the high school aiming for Remington. I though the hill would be tough, but I cruzed right up it. Started to feel tired coming back on Sunset. This ended up being a lot longer than I anticipated... I was tired also coming down Stewart and the foot bridge. Feet got heavy. Another runner asked me for directions as I was rounding Spencer on the way home, so I got a little rest there. Overall pretty tired when I finished, but legs felt good but heavy.

quick stretch since I wanted to cool off in the shower. I started sweating again after I got out though...

Gonna log this as 6.5 but it was a bit over that. Need to find a little add on that makes it 7.
