Independence Day run

Weather: Windy and humid but cool

Comments:
It was nice to run in Nantucket again and enjoy looking at the small rose covered houses (and some huge mansions) as I ran by. I felt really tight at the beginning of the run again and had to stop after getting lost several times but after about a mile I loosened up and felt a little better. Every time I stopped I started out really fast then slowly got more tired. I think that is a result of my wrestling which requires short bursts of energy.
