Ran from the MARFOR Guy around their compound and down to OPTEVFOR then to the olf road to the Golf Course and then back to the helo pad and where the Brig used to be. One Porto stop there, then back to the gym. ACE brace and 1 Aleve. Very Very stiff from the Wednesday work out. After run did FreeStyle weights
