Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I did an especially sensible run today, figuring that if I started at a slower pace, I might really be able to go a little bit faster in the middle! Imagine that! 3:00 "slow" pushups, 120 alternating supermen, 11 one leg squats and 30 pushups with notably good form. Pace probably varied from 7:40-:15. Eight striders.
