Comments:
This was actually a race but it was very hot so after a slow start, were I wasn't feeling well, I decided to jog it in rather then push it for just an okay time. It was a tough day, if I want to race in these conditions again I need to get heat aclimated and stop running on the treadmill so much, odds are this won't happen so I'll probably just focus on training and run another race once it gets cooler.
