Weather: Very hot and humid 80s

Comments:
I ran the polpis loop again with little side loops, started with my mom for the first mile and a half so went around 930 pace for that then sped up to around 830 then to 9. Was a pretty hot run, I enjoyed the beginning but not the end very much. Also ive been forgetting to log my strength stuff, did 30 sec situp series yesterday and planks today
