Comments:
First day of Cross Country summer sessions. Had to run/walk there and back. Mostly ran the there, mostly walked back, it was quite awful. Lot of people there compared to last year. We did 3 laps for warm-up, ran the course which was also awful, very wet and terribly overgrown. After we ran the blackpath for cooldown. The warm-up and cooldown distances are approximate, also they weren't the whole distance consecutively.
