Todays run was really great. I waited until after 7 to run today and it really made a world of difference. The weather was beautiful--reminiscent of cross country weather. I didn't really feel tired at all during the run. I was tight the first mile then loosened up and really enjoyed the end. Also did planks for 45sec and crunches for 40 sec.
