Evening long run ACK

Weather: cool and breezy, ~70

Comments:
Today was a beautiful run. I left my house after dinner at around 8 and headed out the road to a long straight trail through the woods. I felt a little tight (as per usual) for the first mile then loosened up. Around 3.5 miles I had a stitch, felt tired and heavy-footed. But then all of a sudden I broke through my fatigue and felt incredibly liberated and light and sped up. It was really incredible--one of my favorite feelings of running.
I also stopped around 2 miles into my run to do a little obstacle course involving a long horizontal pole and wide-spread monkey bars.
I was also happy that I negative split nearly every mile by about 20 seconds each mile.
Also did planks for 45 sec and crunch series for 40 sec.
