Comments:
First speed work I've done in awhile. I made it all the way to the track I was going to use only to find that they've torn it up for the summer for replacement. Oh well. Ended up finding a relatively flat and straight sidewalk to use and I'm happy with how it went. I gave it all I had on the last one but didn't manage to improve my time all that much so I think I ran them just right. Glad to be back in the AC.
