Weather: drizzling, humid, upper 70s

Comments:
I only got around 5.5 hours of sleep last night due to a late night and my dog waking me up at 630 this morning. So, I felt pretty tired the whole run. I eventually shook off some of the tiredness but I'm going to be sure to get more sleep tonight.
I also did planks for 45sec and plank leg lifts (15 each side).
