Comments:
On the Holiday Inn treadmill in Asheville, NC. I just wanted to loosen up in preparation for a hard week, but still felt strong and fleet of foot. I brought the incline up at three different points during the run, making the fastest pace 6:45 for a few minutes. 40 pushups, static stretches for a minute each.
