333. Today was utter misery. I thought I was making a good decision by getting it out of the way "early" and it was 30 minutes into the run when I realized I could've used the treadmill at the country club. Humid, slow, hills felt more pronounced as a result. I had to stop again. That will not keep happening. Eight striders, balance work, 4:00 side planks, 50 bridge leg lifts, 2:00 flutter kicks.
