Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 11am, upper 80's and muggy already

Comments:
Hot as hell, first run back in about 5-6 days due to orientation. Just went down to the park and started at indian trail and ran the course from there til the bottom of heart break; only wanted 20 minutes or so. Wasn't pushing too much, just tried to get through it, legs pretty tired. Afterwards drove to curley to lift (chest and traps).

Gonna start using this again, really want to begin taking running serious again. Hopeful club team
