w/ Lewandowski's group at Case's outdoor track. While warming up, I decided the first set of 4 was going to continue warm up, then starting at #5 I would speed up each 400, and was pretty successful. felt good! not counting recovery mileage. short mileage day, but whatever. We also don't start on the waterfall, but rather the common finish line, and I never push my way to inside of lane 1 to start each interval, so the intevals may be ~1second long.
