High quality training. After hassling with putting gas in the car, going over to my neighbor's to borrow his treadmill and finding nobody home and learning that the country club's gym won't be open until August, I settled on Marymount University's gym at which point I did the run below, pace ranging from 6:22-7:41, mostly at 7:13 with several self-imposed hills. 2:45 planks, leg lifts, 25 decline pushups. Right hamstring was a bit sore, everything else normal.
