Comments:
Had a really awesome day at work, they gave us Mitchell's and let us out early. So naturally, I was in a good mood for the run. Felt pretty good, and I think I'm feeling stronger mentally. In the beginning of the summer, when I was doing this run, the turnaround by myself back to the suite felt like it took forever. But now, it just flew by, and that's not because I was going that much faster. Definitely a good sign of progress for me.
