Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
At the Marymount gym again. I feel bad that I've sort of abandoned St. Alban's this week, but I avoided the heat and sacrificed company for quality. I worked in a significant number of inclines, but not enough to call it a hill run. Pace was slightly easier than yesterday, ranging from 6:44 in some sections to 8:00 while cooling down. Definitely felt strong. Later in the night, 60 squats, 20 pushups (trying to perfect form), 60 alternating supermen, 3-minute plank. I plan to do striders and more strengthening tomorrow, but an easier run.
