Comments:
ran at HCC for summer striders with Eileen and Anna. Sooooo hot. Too hot. We ran only 2 loops of the 1.25mi route plus some change and warm up.
did a bit of yoga and walked/ran around barefoot after run.
ankle starting to hurt again. taking a break from running helped, but now that I've started again, the discomfort keeps coming back.
