Weather: low 80's cloudy, pretty humid around 10:30am
Comments:
Felt so good to have this weather compared to last week's. went to run after lifting (chest and shoulders) indian trail over to bike path to argonne to hillen to finish the lake loop then left on harford then back over to truck via bike path/chestfield etc. Felt fine until I had to stop around 18 minutes in for 2 minutes to get a bug out of my eye, shit sucked. Felt rough after that, lost my groove. Might do a 10-15 minute double tonight after work
