Today's run was one of those runs that feels great once you're done but not so great during. As I'm writing this, I feel refreshed and happy. During the run I felt a little tired though (didn't sleep well last night) but decided I wanted to pick the run up a little bit. I was also glad to get a chance to run somewhere kindve new--Ben dropped me off about four miles from my house on his way to work. Also did crunches (I've been consistently forgetting I write strength work in but i do at least something every day)
