I slept very late this morning and had to run to work but, of course, being flustered managed to run a half mile in the wrong direction. So I ended up running 2 miles to work with a backback on. Just now i ran a mile back to get to my car later. Im not compeletely sure on the exact times but these are my approximates. Sad I didn't get enough time to fit a proper run in today but I kinda needed an easy day-- 6 hours of walking a day has been tiring me out a little.
