Comments:
I ran with coach, Sam Dodge, Boardman, Ephram, Aidan and another St. Alban's guy whose name escapes me. We went for 34:30, picking up the pace, concentrating the on hills of the charming "z-loop" of Albanese antiquity. I added on two laps at the end, doing 30 second planks, 10 leg lifts and 20 clams per leg with the whole group.
