1000's - Not sure I didn't do a 950 on the 2nd one. Felt good. Started out at 70% for the 1st one, by time I was down toe the last 500 of the 2nd one I was closer to 85%

Times on the 8x100 - was coming in at 1:22-1:25, taking 20 seconds before starting again. The last two may have been more than 70% to hold the times.
