Comments:
Ran practice tonight because Stan couldn't be there. Ended up running the second half with one of the middle school girls who went with us and was struggling quite a bit. Glacial pace until she decided to sprint the last 100 meters or so. That was fun. Start Phase 2 tomorrow, excited to start back on the weights.
