Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Perry workout with Marty, Lowell. 2X 1000 15:32, 15:04. Pulling & drafting off Marty. Working pretty hard on 2nd interval. Mind starts to wander on long sets, endless turns at wall. In open water I focus better, sight, and seem to pay more attention to stretching out my stroke, compared to just keeping up with other's in the lane, at the pool.
Pull with foils, 8X100, all between 1:27-1:30, 70% effort. Tried to maintain about 16 strokes per length.
