Comments:
SL - I felt better this morning, but had pacing issues during the run. I started off feeling forced, but ran about 6:00 pace for the first mile and a half. I then relaxed the pace, but relaxed it too much and saw the need to push the last mile and a half. I practically fell asleep in the middle. All in all, it was a good day because I was concerned after yesterday and felt no ill effects from the last two days.
