LT Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: overcast, sunny breaks, humid as a sauna

Comments:
15' warm up + 5' at steady state
drills and strides
20' @ LT pace on the loop in Bowering Park
strides
20' cool down

I don't know if I'm getting old, overtraining, or if the humidity is slowing me down but I wasn't so sharp on these. Each loop was under 5' but not by much. It could be the weather though because, by the end of this, my shoes were wet from sweating.

On top of that, my heartrate monitor was malfunctioning and I didn't get a proper reading. First time that's ever happened, if I recall properly.

Saw HG running with a backpack.

So sweaty that I got changed in the parking lot.
