Comments:
ran with Eileen around my neck of the woods! Ran the 7+ mile loop from Triadelphia Rd to Jumpers Hill to Folly Quarter. Stopped by a lemonade stand during our run :)

was kind of tired and didn't really fuel very well before the run. Need to stop eating all those sugar coated walnuts and pecans. Need to stop taking naps after eating said sugar coated walnuts and pecans.
