5x pull-ups
10x push-ups
15x air squats

WOD: 5 rounds
9 handstand push-ups (non-Rx)
400m run with 20lb medicine ball

EMOM 5 minutes
5x thrusters
(power clean, elbows up, core tight, push bar up above head to midline, go all the way down for squat)
