The Shell to SW Bike Path to McKee Rd and back-

Today is supposed to be the random hot day this week and I needed to head straight to Charter after work to turn in my modem, so I ran at lunch. Despite my hip bothering me the last couple days it was feeling a lot better today. Hopefully I'll be able to avoid a real injury.
