really rough run, wanted to hit 5 in 40 (thought it was gonna be easier than this or at least feel better). After first mile just decided to try and finish the run haha I thought I was doomed to 42-43 minutes (i didnt know any other mile markers except 1 and 5). legs dead, def need to take it easy rest of this week. Just felt all out of whack but I'm pleased I still hit under 40, that was a nice realization when I had about a half mile left that I would clear it. achilles has been sore all this week
