Nautilus Run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny and warm

Comments:
RR and I were txting back and forth all day. Finally, we came to a deal that we meet at the PE change rooms at 5:20 and then go meet up with whomever showed up for the Nautilus run that day. It's the only time I can remember meeting someone and bringing them a pair of shorts. Weird, huh?

Anyway, SS was the only one there who could hang with us. But he's a good man and it was a good run. A lot of it was on the pavement which is exactly what I wanted.
