Giles Loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Met up with Ari again at the high school. Liam was there too doing his easier run. We decided no big hills, so we just did the loop around Giles then came back the same way. It was a bit hotter out, but I didnt really notice it at all. It was nice in the shade for sure. Kept a good pace today and I felt really good actually. Talked about running the whole time. So much to cover it was great. Liam split off early and Ari and I finished at the high school.

Essentials: Stretch

Basic stretching at the rocks. Didnt feel that sore or anything, so I didnt stretch too much. It is hard to hurt yourself running this low mileage. Shoes are starting to give me some blisters, but that just means I am working into them :)
