PM errands/to Anytime

After the run, I had to do some paperwork and shit, THEN bike up to a clinic to get a TB test.

I really started CRASHING after that 2nd run: I had nothing to eat after my 1st run, then just a carrot and tomato after the 2nd run. I begged a granola bar off a coworker, then biked to the clinic. From there I biked to Anytime to lift, but by the time I got there, I was DIZZY from both fatigue and low energy, so I went to "Grocery Outlet" and got some stuff, which helped.

Pretty good lift: 2 sets of 1st circuit, 1 of the 2nd...which might become the new routine. Biked home.

Once I got home and showered, I just CRASHED. Slept for maybe an hour-1.5, then woke up, ate, and was back to sleep at 10. EXHAUSTED...which is kind of shitty...
