Comments:
Steady again, but back to semi-respectable pace. Our neigborhood is nice, but I'm rather limited in range and topography. I do, however, appreciate the otherr serious runners around here. I did eight fast striders, 6:30 plank, 50 "leg raises", 20 decline push-ups, 15 diamond, 100 twists, and--in a fiery moment of masculine competition later on--a wall sit for 2:15, against my Dad's friend's sons and another for 2:00. Very glad to be running again.
