Centro!

Went to church and shopped this morning. Then watched a couple soccer matches before watching the world champs final day. Solid relaxing day again. Gonna shoot for the golf course next weekend.

What a talent Centro is. Honestly even though there have been questions this year there he is again just leaning ahead for silver. He always brings it when it matters. I was very impressed with his performance. Kiprop was gonna win regardless of anyone else and he proved that he definitely is the best in the world and came in 5+ seconds clear of anyone else. But Centro beat the rest and that was incredible for me.

Women's 8 was a little disappointing for me. Yeah Martinez getting bronze and Wilson's American junior record are great things for US 800 running, but I expected a little more especially with how well Montano was running coming in. I expected them to contend for the win. Not fade down the stretch (Montano) and just nip in there for bronze (Martinez). Hopefully they can build on this going forward.

4x1's Jamaica dominated. I was again dissapointed in the US. I was hoping they would give the Jamaicans a run. I realize the teams weren't full strength but neither was Jamaica. They weren't even in the same league out there today.
