My first athletic massage! I figured if I was going to run like a pro then I'd be smart in helping my recovery with a massage.
My therapist was really nice and very strong. She never went easy on me either.
It amazing that you can put pressure on one part of the body and another will hurt then release.
I felt sore for a while afterward but was able to still workout the next day.
