Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Well not for me but for the high school kids. Nicol wanted to keep it pretty easy today and we have a lot of freshman who haven't run the whole course before so we just ran the course then stretched and did abs inside where it was cooler. I ran the front loop a second time with Anthony. The weather was much warmer than it has been and I'm hoping it doesn't scare away any of the newcomers, especially since we had a whole 6 girls at practice today. I'm hoping they all stick with it because I see almost as much potential on the girls side as I see on the guys side.
