Comments:
All moved into the apartment now. Got back in the afternoon after going out to breakfast. I was really full at breakfast and kinda tired, so I chiiled out for a little bit then went grocery shopping, since I have no food. That was actually a lot of fun. I kinda had a little lunch then kept unpacking and chilling out until around 4:30. I headed out on a run around the roads of Sunderland, kinda mapped out beforehand. Went down Hadley Rd to 47, then turned around and switched over to Russell St. The roads are straight shots without much traffic, so they would be good for a tempo or a warm up. Back to rural running, nothing like Cleveland Heights. Its just me and the fields. Came back on Old Amherst Rd, and turned up to Sunderland. I was planning on going across the river, but at that point, I got a bad stomach cramp. I dont think I am dehydrated, but I didnt really eat a big lunch, so my stomach was probs thrown off from that. Anyways, I stumbled back to Sugarloaf and walked it off in the parking lot.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
I stretched in the grass, which was kinda nice. Legs feel good not to taxing today at least. Its all flat as well, so noting too difficult. I wanted to do some abs, but my stomach hurt too much. On a funny side note, I accidentally got conditioner instead of shampoo... Not a huge deal since I use the old spice body wash for shampoo anyways. It now reminds me of Veale showers, since we didnt have Veale soap for that long stretch and I just used old spice. What a great feeling to take a shower after an ass kicking workout knowing that a delicious dinner is waited for you at Fribs... Ahh...
