Comments:
Out to MLK today. Since construction means that the old distances are unusable, we checked out the new mile marks. Felt pretty badly today though. I've definitely been getting kind of sick, and wasn't able to get much sleep last night. My stomach was also bothering me, even though I didn't eat too much before the run. Bad runs happen though, I guess I've just kind of been spoiled by feeling pretty good for the last several days.

Also went into the weight room for the "strength tutorial". For not really lifting this summer, and just having work, the weights felt okay. Squats felt kinda weird though, my hamstrings probably are on the weaker sides right now, so I'll need to be careful with them.
