Comments:
Gorham to Maple Bluff point and back-
I mapped out three miles away and ran there and back. It so happened that the tip of Maple Bluff makes for a nice, easy 6 mile run. I took this really slow again, though this time I felt much more normal. My teeth hurt for the first half mile or so, but after that the throbbing ceased.
