Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Actually did something today. I went in on the bus to sign my HR forms, so I was down on campus all morning. Still seems sparse, not a lot of students walking around. I also went down to the bank and got quarters for laundry. I walked back since it was a nice day out, but it was actually pretty hot. Went I got back home, I was really tired and chilled out for a few hours before running. It was still hot while running, so I did a shorter recovery run. Went out on 47 to the northern roads. I was just plotting along and missed the turn, so I looped back then went on N Silver just for a little bit. There is a lot more to explore. Retraced my steps home. Legs felt good, but I felt slow moving and my stomach ached. Must be from me switching over to a new diet and cooking everything myself. I need to learn some real hearty meals so my stomach stays full for running.

Essentials: Stretch, buddies

Stretched all drenched in sweat. The bugs were getting me, so it was kinda short. Felt like getting some upper body in so I did buddies for the first time in a long time. Felt strong, but it is always better to do buddies with other people.

I cut it a little too short, so this was def over 8 min pace.
