Chill Steady State

Comments:
Met Emil, Matt Stratman, and several others at the Mayfield Track for a not too bad steady state. I was a bit concerned due to starting to decrease my training a bit. I was pleasantly surprised that it felt not bad. Towards the end I did get a bit tired, and stopped around 23 minutes, but I think we were at about 6 minute pace.

I may try to meet this group once a week if I can once teaching starts, so I can do a workout now and then to maintain some shape.
