Comments:
Felt pretty good today, all day - energy was good, legs not to "heavy"...but they were! Wore shorts today and you could tell, my legs were swollen as hell! And, I weighed in at 170!! WOW.
Still, ran the usual 8 after work. Good, easy run, but my feet were real sore afterward.
