Comments:
Interesting day today. Went out to Northpark for a light run, where we just got slammed by really hot weather. I felt pretty good, at the point where I was breathing comfortably through my nose, but my stomach disagreed. So I had to cut the run short and get a lift back, which was kind of disappointing. Followed up with a proper strength workout, the full circuit. Considering that this circuit workout chewed me up and spit me out last year, I felt really good this time.

Also followed up with my first ice bath in literally months. I feel way better after having taken it, but the machine in the ice bath sucked up the corner of my shorts and mangled them a bit. Kind of unfortunate, but they're still totally wearable.
